Where are you based and which areas do you service?
We are based in Berkshire and service surrounding areas. Delivery fees apply depending on distance.
Booking
Bookings can be made via:
• Website booking form
• Direct message (DM)
• Email
Once availability is confirmed, an invoice and booking agreement will be issued to secure your date.
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance. Peak dates book out quickly.
Deposit & Hire Period
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is due prior to your event date.
What is your hire period?
Our standard hire period is 24 hours. Extended hire is available upon request.
Do you offer delivery, setup and collection?
Yes. We offer:

• Optional setup & breakdown
Fees depend on location, access, and order size.
What happens if an item is damaged or lost?
Clients are responsible for hired items from delivery to collection. Any loss or damage will be charged at replacement value.
Amendments & Cancelations
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Late cancellations may incur additional charges.
Can I make changes to my booking?
Yes, subject to availability. All changes must be finalised at least 7 days before your event.
Are items cleaned before every hire?
Yes, all equipment is professionally cleaned and sanitised before dispatch.
